At Steampunkstyler, we want you to be fully satisfied with your neo-Victorian attire and industrial accessories. If your gear doesn't fit your aesthetic, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive an authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all brass buckles, gears, and lace details are securely protected.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Await Inspection

  Once our workshop receives your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
